The music has the melancholy and depressive energy that I find very cathartic when my depression hits hard. My skin starts to crawl to the tracks as they are played. You can feel that cold sensation in your chest. That build up is almost suffocating then like life it ends. It is a beautiful album and this is going on my constant listen list! infernopanda1349
An outstanding slab of atmospheric black metal, “Sisyphus” cannily blends texture and terror for a gripping final product. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 7, 2021

There's something about Immensity's take on the genre that is far more immersive and emotive than average, and it lies in those lengthy, dynamic tracks that feel like they're telling a story with their melodies and sound manipulation. Looking for a potential breath of fresh air in death doom? This album may be for you.
